1.Raw Material Inspection & Blanking: Adopt high-quality brass rod materials with stable copper-zinc alloy composition. Strictly inspect surface smoothness, internal density and mechanical properties to exclude cracks, pores and impurity defects. Cut qualified brass rods into standard fixed-length blanks to ensure consistent size for subsequent forging and forming.
2.Pretreatment & Hot Heading Forming:
Clean and lubricate brass blanks to remove surface oil stains and oxides. Adopt precision hot heading process to integrally form standard hexagonal head and smooth unthreaded shank. Strictly control forming temperature to ensure compact structure, regular head shape and no deformation.
3.Trimming, Shaping & Half Thread Rolling:
Remove surface burrs and sharp edges after forming. Calibrate hexagon flatness and shank straightness to ensure accurate assembly size. Adopt precision thread rolling process to produce standard half-thread section, with neat thread profile and uniform pitch, ensuring stable matching with nuts.
4.Stress Relief & Polishing Treatment:
Conduct professional stress relief treatment to eliminate internal residual stress generated during forming and thread processing. Fine polish the bolt surface to improve smoothness, remove processing traces and enhance brass texture and oxidation resistance.
5.Full-Range Performance & Appearance Inspection:
Inspect key dimensions including hex size, shank diameter and thread tolerance. Check thread meshing performance, surface finish and structural stability. Screen out defective products with deformation, burrs and unqualified threads to meet industrial fastening standards.
6.Sorting, Packaging & Warehousing:
Automatically sort qualified brass half threaded hex bolts by specifications. Adopt dust-proof, moisture-proof and anti-collision packaging to protect thread teeth and polished surface. Label each batch with complete specification and batch information, then store and deliver products after final verification.
