All raw steel materials are strictly inspected before production. We check the chemical composition,
mechanical properties and material certificates to ensure compliance with relevant industrial standards, eliminating unqualified raw materials.
2. Blank Forging & Forming:
The qualified steel blanks are heated to the standard temperature and forged into the basic shape of slip on flanges. This process refines the internal grain structure, improving the overall rigidity and structural stability of the flange.
3. Heat Treatment:
Stress relief heat treatment is carried out on forged blanks to eliminate internal forging stress. This step effectively improves the toughness and anti-deformation performance of the flanges, avoiding cracking during subsequent processing and use.
4. Precision CNC Machining:
Professional CNC lathes and drilling machines are used for fine machining, including flange face turning, inner bore processing, bolt hole drilling and chamfering. All dimensions are strictly controlled to meet ASME and international tolerance standards.
5. Non-Destructive Testing:
Complete NDT inspection is conducted on finished flanges, including surface crack detection and internal defect inspection. All potential flaws such as inclusions and porosity are checked to guarantee product quality and safety.
6. Final Inspection & Packaging:
Final inspection covers dimensional accuracy, surface finish, flatness and marking information. Qualified products are stamped with standard marks, coated with anti-rust oil, and packed professionally to prevent damage and rust during long-distance transportation.
