Socket weld full coupling is a straight fitting for linear pipeline connection in piping systems with socket welding connection, made of nickel alloy. Socket ports are arranged on both ends of the fitting. It is available in various port configurations, and the corresponding port combinations can be selected according to pipeline design requirements to adapt to linear connection layout of pipelines.

During installation, two matched pipes are inserted into the sockets at both ends of the coupling respectively, and welded after alignment and positioning. The socket structure provides positioning limit, which makes centering easy. The welding zone avoids the main stress area of the fitting body, so the weld works under favorable stress conditions with high connection strength and reliable sealing. It has a compact structure and is suitable for working conditions with limited installation space.

The fitting features stable and lasting pressure resistance and outstanding corrosion resistance, capable of long-term continuous and stable operation under complex high-temperature and heavily corrosive service conditions. 2. Cutting and Blanking

Cut blanks of proper size as required by process drawings and mark for identification.

3. Hot Forming

Forge and form the coupling body and double-end socket structure with dedicated moulds.

4. Heat Treatment

Heat treatment of formed parts to eliminate internal stress generated during forming and stabilize overall performance.

5. Precision Machining

Turn the doubleend socket cavity, end faces, inner bore and contour to ensure socket dimensions and fitting accuracy meet standards.

6. Visual Inspection

Visual inspection to check for visible defects such as surface cracks, pits, scratches and folds.

7. Non-destructive Testing

Carry out flaw detection on the workpiece according to specifications to inspect internal and near-surface defects.

8. Dimension Reinspection

Recheck key parameters including nominal size, socket depth, wall thickness and outline dimensions.

9. Surface Cleaning

Surface cleaning to remove contaminants such as oil, oxide scale and machining chips.

10. Marking

Stamp traceability information including specification, pressure class and heat number on the fitting body.

11. Protective Packaging & Warehousing

Pack with protective materials and store in warehouse for delivery.
